If there are any issues with the polish, feel free to contact us. It would be greatly appreciated if you could take photos and provide them to us as well. I will respond as soon as I am able to, and help resolve the issue.
As I am operating this business entirely alone, with the occasional help from my phenomenal partner and amazing parents, there may be some small mishaps such as misaligned stickers or misprints.
Some common issues
Nail polish can thicken over time, resulting in bubbling (which can be particularly noticeable on magnetic polishes) and increased difficulty in application. We strongly recommend using a few drops of thinner (not acetone!) when this occurs.
The screen and device you use to view our photos may vary the appearance of the polish. As a result, the colour you see on screen may marginally differ from that of the actual nail polish. I would recommend avoiding using a warm light filter while viewing the polishes.
I recommend rolling our polishes in your palm to mix the polish without forming bubbles in the polish. This is particularly important for magnetic polishes. You do not need to mix the polish before applying every coat, just once at the very start.
Yes! By being 10-free and cruelty-free that means we are also vegan!
Magnetic polish have a pigment that is highly magnetic sensitive, and will move around the polish while wet. If applied while holding a magnet under your finger, it will create a 3D magnetic effect that will wow everyone.
Super fine magnetic pigments are very fine milled and highly reactive, causing a streak of a beautiful contrasting colour to appear. However, they are more vulnerable to streakiness and bubbles when any mistakes are made, so they can be slightly more challenging than regular magnetics.
We have a video tutorial on how to apply magnetic polishes using our magnetic nail art tools.
Yes, I aim to restock all polish for an extended period of time to avoid FOMO. I will provide updates on our social media to notify when polish will be restocked. It may take some time to acquire the necessary pigments, but so long as they are available, I will endeavour to keep our polish stocked.
If there comes an issue with acquiring the required pigments, I will inform you via the newsletter and through our social media channels that certain polish will be discontinued.
Each bottle has 10ml of polish and a wide-angle paddle brush. Click here for the full ingredients list.
The polishes are wrapped in a layer of cardboard bubble-wrap which is fully recyclable and secured with a bit of washi tape with a cute design.
We are looking into gradually getting a box for the polishes!
All our polishes are made and poured by hand by me, the owner of Phantasm Polish, in small batches. As a result there may be some small variance between nail polish batches, but I try to ensure that everything is consistent to the best of my ability.
As required by law, Phantasm Polish holds a Cosmetic Product Safety Report for all of our products, as required by EC regulation number 1223/2009 of the European Parliament and the Council of 30th November 2009. Our report has been completed by a qualified and experienced Chemist and is valid throughout the UK and EU.

I endeavour to be a fully inclusive brand. I am against all forms of discrimination, and proudly stand in favour of intersectional feminism, Pride and all marginalised groups. This nail polish is inclusive to all, and I hope everyone who wants to wear it, can do so.
I am anti generative AI and avoid using it in any and all of my work. I am also extremely against the rise of far-right political groups.
On future releases, I will release charity polish(es) to donate to progressive humanitarian causes.
Orders and shipping
Currently, we only ship within the UK. We do have plans to eventually expand to EU and worldwide shipping. However, for now both of those are outside the scope of my operation.
I aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 days. However, during periods of high volumes, it can take up to 10 days for me to dispatch it.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email or text to let you know. Allow up to 10 working days from this email for delivery, however if your order has no arrived within this time, inform us within 18 calender days from you order dispatch notification to inform us. If you take longer than 18 calender days from the order dispatch notification, we will no longer be able to track your order with Royal Mail to resolve the delivery issues and therefore we will be unable to provide a refund.
If you made an order and decide you want another item, please email me as soon as possible at Phantasmpolish@gmail.com
I will respond as soon as possible and let you know if it's possible. So long as I have not packed the order, it should be doable, however if I have packed and sealed the order then I am unable to do so. This normally takes me a couple of days, so ideally notify me within a day.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please send me photographs as soon as possible of the damage or issue as well.
I aim to use as much recyclable packaging as possible. However, some things may not be able to be packed in recyclable packaging, which will be noted. Please recycle everything that is recyclable, such as the cardboard packaging.
My wonderful mother values environmentalism and nature greatly, so I'm doing my best to make her proud :D
