A top coat that leaves your polish with a matte finish. Best applied after a regular glossy top coat has been applied.
Can become gloopy after several uses, recommended to use a thinner if it has become too thick.
Apply Matte Cast to make any polish beautiful and renew a manicure by providing a new unique look, it particularly works well with flakes. However it can also dull holographic sparkles and make them turn into a dull silver.
