Pessimistic Pleasure

A black jelly base with a dominant and vibrant blue micro shimmer and a contrasting red magnetic. Recommended to use 3 coats and top coat. 

Part of the Dark Phantasm collection. A polish that represents the philosophical conundrum of what pleasure and joy is in a pessimistic framework.
